Click on 'price details' after simulating your order in the checkout.
Credit Limit can be exceeded due to overdue or when a new credit worthiness is needed. No further action is required from your side for now. The case will be analyzed internally by our team. If the problem can’t be solved internally and if the order can’t be released without a payment of overdue your Credit Collector will get in contact with you in order to solve the problem.
You can create and manage multiple wish lists. To create a wish list: click on the star symbol in the upper right corner.
Here you can view, edit or delete your wish lists.
When editing the wish list, you can select all or selected items in the wish list and add them to your shopping cart. You can also choose to remove all or selected items from the wish list..
Find the products you want to buy by clicking on categories in the top navigation or by searching for products. Click on Add to cart and you can click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner to view your order and then click on the 'Continue checkout' button.
At checkout you can click on 'Simulate' to see the exact prices and then click on 'Send orders'.
Your order has now been placed!
You can find 'Copy and paste' by clicking on 'Add Items' below the shopping cart. Enter the desired item numbers and quantities, click on 'upload' and the specified quantity will be displayed to view and then click on 'add to cart'.
You can also find 'Copy and paste under the 'Quick Purchase' button at the checkout'.
Click on the 'Shopping Cart' at the top right and then on 'Continue Checkout'. Here you can click on 'Select all' on the left and then on 'Delete selected items' and the entire shopping cart will be emptied.
Yes, the items will be saved until you send the order or empty your shopping cart.
Once the order has been forwarded, it can no longer be changed in the eShop. Therefore, please contact the internal sales department via email@example.com or 015 46 56 80.
Orders cannot be cancelled directly in the eShop. To cancel an order, please contact the internal sales department via firstname.lastname@example.org or 015 46 56 80.
Go to the tab 'Order status' in the main menu 'Orders & invoices'.
You can then search by article number, customer number, invoice number or use the filter function to find your order.
Go to the first tab 'Order status' in the main menu 'Orders & invoices' and open the details of the order.
